When the little peasant my S.O.'s Death Knight was slaughtering started trembling and crying about his sick granma at home, I decided that probably wasn't for me. But I did enjoy the heartfelt welcome from Stormwind he received at the end of those quests - lol.

I thought it was pretty interesting. You're compelled to do horrible things, but then by the end of it you break free and are able to do whatever you want. But you'll always have the horrible memories. It builds a great background for your character (for those who care about that kind of thing.)
