This is probably easiest to read in my facebook collection.

And yes, this is an actual conversation I overheard multiple times. It's either "he died to serve in heaven" or "he died because he was naughty." Funerals are a real blast there, yup.

I just finished another sketchbook! I am still using the ratty 5x7 moleskine variety. It's just less commitment. :P

These are still mostly drawn from TV, although since I moved I no longer have a Tivo, so I am having to do more DVD (which sucks on apple - they may make great software on the whole but frontrow + mac remote is THE WORST way to navigate a dvd. Seriously, Steve Jobs, IT SUCKS!).

Most of the drawings represent shows I love and watch repeatedly, but I'm just going to call out The Painted Veil as the worst bit of romantic drivel ever made. It is so incredibly bad that the Bronte sisters would have liked it.

Not terribly happy with this one. The idea was fun, but in the end the lack of background and poor anatomy just make me sigh with disappointment.

Yeah, so if this looks a little rushed, it's all your fault. I spent hours this weekend going through comments on deviantArt and barely made a dent in them.

This year's pumpkins. Skinny cat made an appearance on the small pumpkin (10 minute carve), alongside the Locked Maze laughter pumpkin (8 hours carve). The latter is sadly quite literally made from my blood, sweat, and tears. The inside was bright red by the time I finished after carving up my fingers in addition to gourd, x-acto knife NOT being the ideal tool for this type of carving.
